Koskii Super Bride Season 4 — Terms & Conditions

By registering for and participating in Koskii Super Bride Season 4 ("Contest"), the contestant confirms and agrees to the following:

Eligibility

• Age Declaration: The contestant must be 18 years or older and a bride-to-be getting married within the next 18 months.
• The contestant must provide valid ID proof, wedding details and any other information required by Koskii from time to time for eligibility verification.

Identity, Data Collection & Privacy

• Identity & Contact Data Processing: The contestant consents to Koskii collecting, processing and using her personal details (name, contact, wedding date, etc.) and any other information required for Contest participation, communication, verification, administration, event planning, promotional activities, logistics and any other purpose that the Company deems fit.
• Data Privacy: The contestant consents to Koskii securely storing her data and sharing it with event partners, sponsors, and vendors strictly as needed to conduct the Contest and deliver promised prizes/services and for the purposes as required under applicable law. In the event the contestant has any concern, or requires any modification of the personal data being processed by Koskii, event partners, sponsors, and vendors, the contestant can reach out to Koskii at superbrides@koskii.com
• Data Retention: The contestant understands that Koskii will retain participant data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes set out above, or as required by applicable laws.
• Third-Party Sharing: The contestant understands that Koskii may share contestant data with its trusted vendors or service providers (such as event agencies, photographers, makeup artists, or travel providers) solely for the purpose of administering or fulfilling Contest-related activities. The contestants further understand that no personal data will be sold to third parties.
• Marketing and Publicity: By entering the Contest, participants expressly agree that Koskii may use their name, photographs, videos, social media content, and submitted materials for promotional, advertising, and publicity purposes, including but not limited to print, broadcast, and online media, without further consent or compensation. This includes display on Koskii's website, social media channels, press releases, and campaign materials.

Verification & Communication

• OTP Verification: The contestant consents to receive SMS/OTP for verification of registration and understands this step is mandatory for participation.
• WhatsApp Essential Messages: The contestant agrees to receive essential WhatsApp messages about registration status, Contest phases, finale logistics and any other communication that Koskii deems fit from time to time.
• Marketing & Promotional Communication: The contestant also consents to receive marketing messages, offers, and promotional campaigns from Koskii and its partners/sponsors across SMS, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.

Content Usage & Rights (Koskii + Partners)

• Content Usage & Promotion: The contestant consents to Koskii and its partners/sponsors, affiliates and assignees using submitted content including but not limited to posts, reels, videos, captions, audios and photos for marketing advertising, editorial, and promotional purposes through all modes, media and formats (whether existing now or devised in future) including across all media channels, including websites, social media platforms, emailers, print, digital ads, event displays and other media without the need for further permission or compensation.
• Content Editing & Reposting: The contestant grants Koskii and its partners/sponsors, affiliates and assignees the unrestricted right to repost, edit, overlay, crop, adapt, modify, and feature her content with due credit where reasonably possible, in campaigns, and promotional collateral and brand communications as Koskii may deem fit.
• Public Visibility: The contestant understands that her content will be publicly visible as part of the Contest. If she is submitting content from a private social media account, she is responsible for providing screenshots or appropriate proof of submission for verification and evaluation purposes.
• Engagement Tracking: The contestant consents to Koskii tracking engagement metrics on her content, including but not limited to likes, comments, shares, reach, impressions, and other forms of interaction on her posts for Contest evaluation, performance reporting, marketing analysis, and fraud detection. The contestant grants the right to process such data and share the same with its sponsors, affiliates and assignees.
• Social Media (All Platforms): The contestant grants Koskii and its partners/sponsors, affiliates and assignees the right to repost, adapt, and use her content (photos, videos, audio, captions) across all social platforms, including but not limited to Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest, and LinkedIn throughout the world in perpetuity across all modes, media and formats (whether existing now or devised in future). This includes the use of accompanying audio, music, editing, captions, visual effects, and other creative elements used in the original content, including adaptation for paid promotions and paid media rights.
• Cross-Platform Ad Campaigns: The contestant consents to Koskii and its partners/sponsors, affiliates and assignees using her content in paid advertising and promotional campaigns throughout the world in perpetuity across all modes, media and formats (whether existing now or devised in future including across digital marketing platforms, including but not limited to Meta Ads (WhatsApp/Facebook/Instagram), YouTube, Pinterest, Google, and other digital channels).
• Long-Term Storage & Global Use: The contestant consents to indefinite storage and archival of her content and its global use throughout the world in perpetuity across all modes, media and formats (whether existing now or devised in future) including using such content in future contests, marketing campaigns, offline campaigns, brand storytelling, lookbooks, retail store displays, event promotions digital ads and other communication across global markets by Koskii and its partners/sponsors, affiliates and assignees.
• Tagging & Mentions: The contestant consents to Koskii and partners, affiliates and assignees tagging her social handles in campaign posts or promotional material related to the Contest. Contestants are also encouraged to tag Koskii and the Contest partners in her Contest-related content.
• Analytics & Monitoring: The contestant consents to Koskii monitoring the performance of her content for tracking engagement data (reach, views, clicks, impressions and audience engagement across platforms) for reporting and analysis purposes.
• Marketing Rights (Global, Multi-Channel): The contestant grants Koskii and its partners/sponsors, affiliates and assignees perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive and transferable license to use, reproduce, adapt, modify, publish, translate, create derivative works of, distribute, publicly perform and display her content throughout the world in perpetuity across all modes, media and formats (whether existing now or devised in future) including across all marketing channels including but not limited to social, print, outdoor, in-store, digital, and other channels for commercial, promotional, and brand campaigns, without any additional compensation, notice, or approval, and without any territorial limitation. The contestant waives any right to inspect or approve the final material and acknowledges that this license survives the conclusion of the Contest and applies throughout the world in perpetuity, subject to applicable laws.
• Music & Third-Party Rights: The contestant confirms she will only use audio/music and third-party content in her submissions that she is legally permitted to use (e.g., platform-provided sounds or royalty-free music). She will obtain any third-party permissions (e.g., if others appear in her content) and warrants that her submissions do not infringe any third-party rights including without limitation any intellectual property right and/or privacy right. The contestant shall indemnify Koskii and its partners, affiliates and assigns against any claims arising from the unauthorized use of such third-party content.

Media, PR & Legal

• Media & PR Rights: By participating in the Contest, the contestant grants Koskii and its affiliates, partners, sponsors, authorized media agencies and assigns the right to use her name, image, likeness, voice, and Contest journey for media and public relations purposes, including but not limited to campaigns, PR activities, press releases, interviews, television, digital features, social media content, promotional campaigns, advertisements, and partner promotions across all modes, media and formats (whether existing now or devised in future) including online, offline, and broadcast without any additional consent or compensation.
• Release of Claims: The contestant irrevocably releases Koskii and its partners/sponsors, affiliates and assigns from any and all claims, demands, liabilities and legal actions related to the lawful use, reproduction, distribution or public display of her participation content such as her name, likeness, or her content as outlined in these Terms & Conditions.

Showcase Participation & Conduct

If shortlisted, the contestant must be physically present and fully available, for the three-day Bengaluru showcase and finale on the dates communicated by Koskii. The contestant agrees to follow all the event rules and participate in all scheduled activities such as, grooming schedules, rehearsals, fittings, photoshoots, interviews, and stage appearances. Any request to skip, modify, reschedule, or be excused from these activities must be approved in writing by Koskii in advance. The contestant undertakes to maintain professional conduct throughout the Contest and event. Failure to do so may result in disqualification or other consequences as determined by Koskii.

The contestant must, at all times, conduct herself with utmost dignity, professionalism and integrity with respect to any obligation or activity within the scope of these Terms and Conditions. The contestant shall refrain from any act, omission, or communication whether online or offline — that could, in any manner whatsoever, bring disrepute to, or malign the image of, or adversely affect the reputation or goodwill of Koskii, its agents, partners, sponsors, affiliates, assignees or representatives.

Koskii reserves the right to take appropriate action, including disqualification, withdrawal of awards, or legal recourse, if a contestant is found to have breached these conduct obligations or engaged in behaviour that is damaging to Koskii, its agents, partners, affiliates, assignees, sponsors, vendors, representatives or Contest in any way whatsoever.

Adherence to Contest Rules & Phases

The contestant must follow and adhere to all official rules, guidelines, timelines, conduct and instructions issued by Koskii from time to time for each phase of the Contest. Failure to follow these rules or instructions may lead to disqualification from the Contest, withdrawal of awards of the contestants.

Shortlisting, Judging & Jury Decisions

Shortlisting of contestants, finalist selection, and winner announcements will be conducted by Koskii or its appointed jury based on a combination of quality, originality, and creativity of submitted content, amount of audience engagement, and overall participation through the Contest. Koskii reserves the right to apply weighted scoring or internal assessment criteria, which may or may not be disclosed to contestants.

All jury and organizer decisions regarding selection and results will be final, binding and non-negotiable for all phases of the Contest. No correspondence, appeals, or challenges will be entertained in this regard.

Koskii reserves the right to modify, amend, revise or cancel the selection process or any part of the selection process at its sole discretion if necessary without prior notice or obligation to inform the contestant. Such modification or cancellation may occur due to technical issues, suspected or confirmed instances of fraud detection, misconduct, ineligibility, insufficient participation or any other reasonable circumstances that Koskii deems fit for modification or cancellation. Any such changes shall be effective immediately upon adoption by Koskii.

Right to Terminate Participation

Koskii reserves the right to terminate a contestant's participation in the Contest at any time, before, during, or after the Contest period, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that she has:

• Violated any of the terms, conditions, or obligations mentioned in these Terms & Conditions, any related Contest guidelines or instruction of Koskii or its partner/sponsors, affiliates and assignees,
• Provided false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any point during the Contest,
• Misrepresented her eligibility or submitted false information, or
• Engaged in conduct, whether online or offline, that may be considered unethical, inappropriate, defamatory, unlawful, or could harm the reputation, goodwill or image of Koskii, its partners, sponsors, representatives, affiliates, assignees, fellow contestants or the Contest as a whole.

Such termination may result in immediate disqualification, forfeiture of any prizes or recognitions, or removal of the contestant's content from all Koskii, its sponsors, vendors, affiliates, assignees and representative related media, marketing or campaign materials, without notice or compensation.

Indemnity

By participating in the Contest, the contestant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Koskii, its affiliates, assignees, partners, sponsors, employees, agents, representatives, and authorized service providers (collectively, "Koskii Parties") from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, expenses, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to (i) any breach of these Terms & Conditions, Contest guidelines or Koskii, its sponsors, affiliates, assignees, agents and representative's instructions by the contestant; (ii) any misrepresentation or false information submitted during registration or participation, (iii) any violation of applicable laws or third-party rights (including intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or moral rights), (iv) the contestant's content submissions, conduct, or participation in the Contest; and (v) unauthorized use of copyrighted music, images, or third-party likenesses in any Contest material of the contestant.

Koskii reserves the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter otherwise subject to indemnification by the contestant, in which case the contestant agrees to cooperate with Koskii in asserting any available defences.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Koskii and Koskii Parties shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to (i) loss of opportunity, reputation, goodwill, data, profits, or business interruption, (ii) any injury, accident, delay, or loss incurred during participation in the Contest or related events, (iii) errors, omissions, interruptions, delays in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction, or unauthorized access to Contest-related systems, (iv) technical malfunctions, failure of any computer, network, server, platform, software, or equipment used in connection with the Contest.

Participation in the Contest is at the contestant's own discretion and risk. Koskii makes no warranties or representations regarding the quality, availability, or fitness of the Contest for any particular purpose.

In any event, the total cumulative liability of Koskii and Koskii Parties for any claim arising out of or relating to the Contest shall not exceed the value of any prize awarded to the relevant contestant, if applicable.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with the Contest shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These Terms & Conditions, additional rules, policies, or instructions issued by Koskii in connection with the Contest, constitute the entire agreement between the contestant and Koskii regarding the Contest and supersede any prior communications or understandings.

Koskii's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms & Conditions at any time shall not be considered a waiver of its right to enforce that or any other provision in the future.

Koskii reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the official contest website or communication platform. Continued participation in the Contest following such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

The contestant may not assign or transfer any rights or obligations under these Terms & Conditions. Koskii may assign or delegate its rights and obligations to affiliates or authorized partners without restriction.

By completing the registration and submitting the contest registration, the contestant confirms that she has carefully read understood and voluntarily agree to abide by all the above Terms and Conditions and the official contest rules of the Contest, including any future amendment or communications issued by Koskii from time to time and agrees to abide by them at all times.
