Who Pays for Shipping for returned products ?
If a product is to be returned due to a manufacturing defect that was missed during the QC process, Koskii will reimburse the shipping costs.
If the product is returned due to change of mind or sizing issues (definitive sizing information is provided under each product on the site) the customer is to bear the return shipping costs.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will processed between 5 to 10 working days.
Can I return products purchased during Sale?
Products purchased during or on Sale will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects.
