Terms & Conditions
1.You become a part of the Koskii loyalty program automatically after your first purchase with us.
2.The mobile number shared at the time of billing will be used to credit your loyalty points.
3.Loyalty points are earned from your first order onwards when you share your mobile number. For store purchases, loyalty points are credited after 3 days of your previous order. For online purchases, loyalty points are credited once the return window closes ( typically 7 days after your order is delivered ).
4.Loyalty points can be redeemed from your second order onwards, after the loyalty points are credited.
5.For online shopping, loyalty points can be redeemed only on the Koskii App.
6.Loyalty points are earned as a percentage of your bill value, based on the eligible slab.
7.Only purchases made within the last 1 year will be considered for calculating the eligible slab.
8.Online and store purchases will be considered together, while calculating loyalty points.
9.Loyalty points are applicable on discounted as well as non-discounted products. Loyalty points will not be considered for product customization charges.
10.Redeeming loyalty points is optional for the customers.
11.Loyalty points are valid for 6 months from the date they are credited. Any unused points will automatically expire after 6 months.
12.Updates on points earned and available balance will be shared on the registered communication channels.
13.Loyalty points cannot be redeemed for cash. They can only be redeemed against a purchase.
14.Koskii management reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or discontinue the loyalty program at any time without prior notice.
