We at KOSKII value our customers time & money, and hence we strive hard to ensure that our customers receive their purchased product in the finest condition, and on or before the committed timeline. In order to do so, we have partnered with some of the leading logistics/courier companies such as Fedex, Aramex, Delhivery, First Flight, Overnite Express & Ecom Express.
- Delivery Timeline: While the delivery timeline will depend upon the delivery address of the customer, but a good range to keep in mind would be 2-5 days. For Metros & Tier 1 cities, it might take anywhere between 3-4 working days to deliver while for Tier 2 & 3 cities & Rural areas it might take 5-7 working days.
- International Orders: International orders will get delivered anywhere between 8-20 days, depending upon the customer's location and the custom clearance procedure of the destination country.
- Customs Duty: For all international orders, customers will be solely responsible for bearing the Customs duty and other clearance formalities.
- The whole order amount will be refunded if the order is cancelled (within 24 hours of placing the order), lost or undelivered to your preferred location.
- If your parcel is damaged or tampered with when you receive it, then please refuse to accept it. You can call our customer care at 7337888885 or mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org mentioning your order number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.
KOSKII reserves the right to cancel any order without any explanation for doing so, as per the circumstances where the requirement could not be met. The company will ensure that any communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund will be made in reasonable time.

Cash On Delivery Policy
- We do have Cash On delivery payment option only applicable within INDIA.
- Cash On delivery is only applicable for orders Below INR 20,000.00.
- For Orders Above INR 20,000.00, we can help you with our bank account details OR send you a Payment invoice, though payment can be made through your Debit / Credit card.
- We do not do any alterations OR customisations under the Cash On Delivery payment option.
- Cash On Delivery Order are confirmed by us through email or call and will take the confirmation accordingly within 2 business days.
You may cancel an order within 24 hours after placing it. No cancellations beyond 24 hours will be entertained barring extenuating circumstances Any accepted cancellation beyond 24 hours will be exclusively at the discretion of Koskii.com & refund would only in the form of credit voucher code You can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for any cancellation request. Cancellation requests are not accepted through phone or online chat services. Products ordered during our SALE cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.

Customized product cannot be reurned or exchanged unless there is any manufacturing defect. There will be no discount available for the customization cost for any product.
Facetime or Skype call Orders
The products ordered during Facetime or Skype call cannot be cancelled once an order is placed.
There will be no discount available on any product purchased in facetime or skype call.
Products purchased during or on Facetime or Skype call will be eligible for returns or refunds only if there are any manufacturing defects. Accessories are not returnable.
Facetime orders will be charged an additional 10% service fees over the store prices. The fees includes the shipping charges to your location and a personal stylist.
Order delay / cancellations due to delay
Given the complexity in production, occasionally a product may not be produced as per the output expected and so we may seek your approval on this matter. This may result in your order getting delayed.
Incase our garment construction expert team notices that the measurements you have provided is not right or if there is a variation then we may approach you to cross check the measurements again. The time taken for these measurements to be re-checked may delay an order.
At any point in time, during the garment construction process it cannot be canceled.
A cancelled order within 24 hours will result in a credit voucher code for future purchase OR refund in your bank account & Refunds will be processed in a form of credit to their Credit Card / Net Banking / Debit Card Account within 7 business days.
During peak periods such as Sales or Festive periods, processing returns may be slightly delayed.
Products purchased during or on Sale will not be eligible for refunds
At no point of time, we would issue refunds, more than the product value.
