Terms & Conditions
1.You become a part of the Koskii Loyalty Program automatically with your very first purchase - no sign-ups, no forms, just shop and you're in!
2.Simply share your mobile number when you shop and it becomes your loyalty ID - ensuring every point you earn is credited right to you.
3.Your points start adding up from your very first order, as long as your mobile number is shared at the time of purchase.
4.Your points are ready to redeem from your second order onwards. (For in-store purchases, redemption is available from the next day. For online purchases, redemption opens 7 days after your previous purchase.)
5.Online redemptions can be made exclusively through the Koskii App - easy, seamless, and always at your fingertips.
6.Loyalty points are earned as a percentage of your bill value, based on your loyalty tier - the higher your tier, the more you earn!
7.Loyalty tier status is calculated based on your purchases within the last 12 months. This calculation applies only to tier eligibility. Points are awarded on each purchase independently.
8.Both in-store and online purchases are counted together when determining your tier - because every Koskii celebration adds up.
9.Redeeming your points is completely optional - save them, stack them, and use them when the moment feels right.
10.In the event of a return or exchange, the transaction value and points associated with that purchase will be reversed, and any refund will be processed via the original mode of payment.
11.Loyalty points are valid for 6 months from the date they are credited. Any unused points will expire automatically after 6 months - so treat yourself before they do!
12.You'll receive updates on points earned and your available balance through your registered communication channels, so you're always in the know.
13.Loyalty points cannot be converted to cash - they're exclusively for making your next Koskii purchase even more special.
14.Koskii reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue the Loyalty Program at any time. Any changes will be communicated through our official channels.
